1 Refund Policy
All purchases are considered final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Infinite Gaming.
Store packages provide digital benefits, virtual items, ranks, permissions, or other server-related features. No physical products are shipped.
Confirmed fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in:
- Suspension or permanent removal from the Infinite Gaming community
- Revocation of associated ranks, items, permissions, and store benefits
- Submission of relevant transaction information to the payment processor or applicable fraud-prevention services
2 Payment Authorization
You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Customers who are not legally permitted to independently enter a purchase agreement in their jurisdiction must receive permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Purchases are optional and are not required to access or play on Infinite Gaming servers.
3 Delivery of Purchases
Most packages are delivered automatically after payment confirmation. Delivery commonly occurs within a few minutes but may be delayed by payment processing, server connectivity, maintenance, incorrect account information, or package configuration.
4 Package and Benefit Changes
Store benefits, commands, permissions, virtual items, limits, and package contents may be adjusted when reasonably necessary for balancing, compatibility, security, server performance, legal compliance, or the long-term health of the Infinite Gaming community.
Reasonable package changes do not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund except where required by applicable law.
5 Account and Server Responsibility
Purchases are applied to the account, username, and server selected or provided during checkout. You are responsible for entering accurate information and protecting access to your account.
Infinite Gaming is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect usernames, selection of the wrong server, account transfers, compromised accounts, platform bans, or loss of account access outside our control.
Account, server, rank, or package transfers are not guaranteed and may be refused when ownership or purchase eligibility cannot be verified.
6 Server Rules and Conduct
Purchasing a package does not exempt a player from Infinite Gaming rules, community standards, moderation, or disciplinary action.
Ranks and purchased benefits may be suspended or revoked when an account is banned or when store benefits are abused, exploited, resold, improperly shared, or used to disrupt an Infinite Gaming server or the community.
7 Chargebacks and Payment Fraud
Contact Infinite Gaming before opening a chargeback or payment dispute so there is an opportunity to investigate delivery errors, duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions, or other purchase concerns.
Fraudulent payments, knowingly false disputes, chargeback abuse, or attempts to obtain benefits without valid payment may result in immediate revocation of store benefits and suspension or removal from the Infinite Gaming community.
8 Server and Service Availability
Infinite Gaming does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any individual server, modpack, game mode, feature, package benefit, or service.
Servers may experience maintenance, outages, resets, migrations, modifications, closures, or replacements when necessary. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve valid purchases where technically and operationally practical.
Commands and benefits may differ between Infinite Gaming servers depending on the mods, plugins, permission systems, and technical features available on each server.
9 Updates to These Terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the store, payment systems, server operations, packages, policies, security requirements, or legal obligations.
The effective version is the version displayed on this page at the time of review. Material changes will generally apply prospectively except where immediate changes are required for security, fraud prevention, technical compatibility, or legal compliance.
10 Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read these terms, reviewed the relevant package description, entered accurate account and server information, and authorized the payment.
